Middle Point Woods Property

The sandy beaches of Pelee Island are part of a globally rare ecosystem, and are home to many rare species including common hoptree, Lake Erie watersnakes, and many birds, including egrets, bald eagles and terns. NCC’s Middle Point Woods property protects almost 2 km of shoreline and 82 acres (33 hectares) of forest and dune habitat.
