This 67 hectare (167 ac.) property is located on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River, on the outskirts of Saint-Vallier and Berthier-sur-Mer, and approximately 50 km east of Quebec City. It is a remarkable natural area offering spectacular views of Cap Tourmente, Île d’Orléans and the St. Lawrence River Islands. This site highlights the exceptional rural and aquatic landscape of this region where the river expands and the St. Lawrence lowlands lie between the Appalachian and Laurentian mountains, providing habitat for species like the striped bass, American eel, bank swallow, and the endangered monarch butterfly and butternut tree.
